Queen,still kickin' butt, Mercury style!!

In 1973, a band was formed in London,England known as Queen.
Their first album was a big success in the united Kingdom, but,in america, nobody really cared.
At least nobody in America cared until 1974, when Queen released "Sheer heart attack",the album off which the Queen classic"Killer queen" were released.
That song got major airtime on American radio, but they just couldn't find a real well known hit album. Then, in 1975, Queen released "A night at the opera". off that album, two of the greatest Queen songs ever."You're my best friend", and "Bohemian Rhapsody". Both songs were mega-hits in the U.S.

Then, in 1991, the world was saddened by the loss of Freddie Mercury, The lead singer of Queen. The next year, a tribute concert was held in his memory.

Freddie Mercury and Queen will live on as one of the greatest rock bands ever.

Kiss, still alive .

After 36 years of make-up and spandex, Kiss is still bustin' out the hard rock.
They will soon be starting their first tour in a while. Go to kiss.com to vote on the tour spots.
What that means is if some small town gets more votes than some huge city like Minnesota,
Kiss will play the small town instead of Minnesota.

It's hard to believe that Kiss has been around for 36 years with the original line-up.
However, after the tour, frontman Gene simmons will return to his solo career.

Kiss is truly one of the best bands ever.
I hope that they will be around for a long time to come.
